BID CUM SHARE APPLICATION NO.2394027 FOR 50 SHARES OF COAL INDIA LTD.

I applied for 50 ( fifty shares only) of Coal India Ltd. and deposited an amount of Rs.12250/- vide Cheque No.115484 dated 25.10.10 drawn on bank of baroda kankanpur branch dist panchmahal (guj)
While seeing the status of my application for allotment of shares, I found that against above application Share applied for allotment of 50 shares of coal India public issues . i have been allotted 25 shares of coal India limited and the shares have been credit to my cdsl a/c 1203320006021163, I paid Rs.12250 @245 per share.i have to be refunded the balance amount but the amount is not returned nor credited to my bank account.my application no is 2394027 and amount adjusted is Rs 5818.75.the balance amount to be refunded is Rs 6431.25 .
It is already more than 15-20 days still I haven't received the cheque. And no reply to my e-mail.
please expedite action ...
