i have a/c with india infoline ltd. my client id is sgarg444.
i had purchased some shares 19/05/2010 & paid two cheques for rs. 74,917.60 & 56664/- againt due amt..
it was cleared from my a/c through trf. on dt.20.05.2010 because my & my broker bank a/c are same.
but my broker was credited for the said amt. for next 4-5 days. after so many complaints through my r.m & show my bank statement which was clearly show the amt. was cleared on 20.05.2010.the india infoline a/cs department give credit after 5 days.
india infoline charged int. for the said amt.. when i was complaint regarding int. they told me the amt. was credited in his a/c so they will charge int. sir. i had not applied for funding facility then why should i pay the int. @24%p.a. for said amt. because it was trf.from my a/c for same day.
so i request to solve my problem, becuase india infoline harash me last 3-4 years . after every 3rd or 4th transaction i was face the same problem

I had two account with india infoline . After opening the account . india infoline trade by their own without informing me. I lost with these two account amounting to rupees ten lacs. not onlly that they transact lot of fake transaction in the head of payin and pay out and also transferr between n.s..e and b.s.e. I lodge
the complain to n.s.e. b.s.e., r.b.i. , sebi chairman finance minister. till now i did not get any possitive
reply . my felling is n.s.e.,b.s.e. and sebi is not for the smallinvector .they only support to share broker
if we the small investor allows this then one day will come share broker will grab all small(retail) investor
money with the help of socalled regulatory authority . one fine morning we will watch another share market
scam. then all the political party will give long statement against scam. now day has come all of us should raise the voice against such cheat brokers. my e- mail i.d. asismitra1_tvs@yahoo.co.in. ,In these
regards i also want to mention that in the year 2006 i also raise the voice against spectram allocation . nobody hear that now lot of political statement is comming. my appeal to the small investor let us join hands to fight against such broker.Apart from that india infoline also involve axis bank in my acount
on that account head also they showed lot of fake transaction .
