I am sorry to bring to your kind notice that Ms Garware Nylons Mumbai, have not redeemed our NCSD 1984 after term expired in 1991(7Yrs term). We had long back sent our discharged cert on their call for payments. Ever since we have contacted SEBI TWICE but to no effect .The company was dillydelaying on the pratext that their case is registered with BIFR for evolving rescue package for payments to its investors. We had cointinued to conact in this matter with the Company But only consolation was given. We presume that we are duped .Kindly take proper action to resolve our due payments after somuch long harassment by the company. I will provide full details on your demand. Thanking you in anticipation.

the above debenture had matured for payment on 18.05.1994.after this we did several correspondance with m/s garware nylon ltd but the money was not returned to us till date.
m/s garware nylons replied to us vide their letter no.dated 18.5.94,letter no.SEC/461/DEB/94/BIFR dated 24.4.95 letter no.SH/96/BIFR/8 dated 12.9.95. vide letter no. OL/LIQ-V/5285 dated17.8.98.
the official liquidator asked us to file OUR CLAIMin formno.66.
we sent this also to mr.a.w.ansari,official liquidator, high court mumbaiby regstered post.
after this many follow up but in vain.
we request you to look in to the case and arrange our money to our address at the earliest.

i have 300 secured ncd of garware nylons ltd. i have made repeated corresponce to the company but still i did not recived any reply or money.kinldy let me know what to do for the same.
