This is Gulam moizuddin from hyderabad A.P.Sir i need your help.i have opened trading account thru sharekhan and i did some transactions in commodities buying silver lots for somedays and i have a stock of 11 lots of silver (approx 2,20,000)there was a due payment from my side towards sharekhan as per my information.on 28th dec 2011 evening 11.20 pm After Selling 7 lots of silver out of 11 lots customer care executive from share khan called me and said bcoz of share price came down they are selling 1 lot to adjust dues unfortunately i was in chennai to attend my grand mother death anniversary.and i said dont sell any lot but they sold 7 lots Without informing me and i faced a loss of around 1 lakhs 50 thousand rupees within a second but was still at not so low level as the rate at which they sold if i would have been given an intimation regarding the same definitely i would have arranged money for their complaince ,Im really harrased mentally by this incident of my life.My complaint is that ,first of all they never sent any mssg and any email regarding this clearance actions they will be taking.they juss looked towards their benefit when all this was happening with my account no information/ intimation was given to me.I faced a loss of 1,50,000 rs in just few seconds ,if i would have been given an intimation regarding the same definitely i would have arranged money for their complaince ,Im really harrased mentally by this incident lost my all money just because of some one's selfishness .These people cheats thinks that consumer is very weak in this system cant do anything, Im really serious regarding this issue will go to all levels to get my loss back
