SUBJECT ;- dbfs securities running business against labour rules,
and sebi rules










Sir,







I ashok kabbinad from gadag Karnataka(financial advisore), on
march 11.2006 select stock brokers Ltd, oppointed me as a business
consultant, and I have working for select group, now it is (doha
brokerage and financial services Ltd), for last 3 and half years with
agreement or policy of distribution of commission, on ratio of
25:75,whatever business I generated


sir they have appointed me against sebi rules regultion they
appointed me as business consultant which means remiser, in sebi
rules remiser should be registered in sebi, aftar taking lott off
buiness from us now they are not ready to pay my monthly
commission/salary is also against labour rules,



sir last nine months,from august 2009,to april 2010 they

have stopped my commission and not ready to pay my commission, without
any reason,Regarding this matter I have mailed near 15 emails to DBFS
head offices , all sections. ho, account. Finance. Marketing, hr,
but till they have not give any reply to my emails, and dbfs hubli
branche manager and their Bangalore regional managar, try to cheat my
commission,



In this regard their financial manager mr, jayram.k.b. replied my
email aftar for five emails and said I have send your cheque to
Bangalore office, but till now I have not received my commission
cheque, and I have also contacted their mobiles but they have not
ready to pay my commission, ,



Therefore please take tough action against these type off
companies who have cheating employees and breaking rules and
regulations of govt of india and running business against sebi rules
labour rules
and regulation please help me to solve this matter. and help me to get my
compensation
