I am a the client of Jayasha(sub Broker) STCI CAPITAL MARKETS LIMITED .
their i trade in shares ,their are charging late payment charges which wasnt disclosed to me by any means .Sub broker told me that you have a payment due period of 6 working days,which i always pay on time. I asked them the ledger of my a/c no 61R005 in order to file my IT return their i saw that they charged huge sum of late payment charges from my a/c.When i called up my sub broker he told me that they are charging late payment from last 2 1/2 years which are 24% per annum as they are providing 6 day due ,so i asked them that it wasnt mentioned in your a/c opening form ,they replied its a rule of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI),so i disconnected the call as i fell very cheated so i called up SEBI their i come to know that their is no such rule mentioned,
i will be very thankful if go through the fraud that the sub broker did to me,i feel very cheated ,
i have good expectations from you that i will get back my charges.
