I am Ashok Kumar Gupta, Residing at Santacruz (w) Mumbai 54, I holding Demet Account
with Networth Stock Broking Since Jenuary 2009.The balance to My credit was Rs.4589+15000 (19,589) and 24 Shares of Reliance Power.
No trading has been done by me since the opening of the above said trading Account.
I was shocked when I enquired on 16th sept. 2009, that the entire balance amount was wiped out and 10 Shares of Reliance Power was sold without my knowledge.
I was out of station from 1st week of April to 14th September 2009.. The above said trading was done on My absence in Mumbai. without any intimation to me.
I hed compliant about all this matter to Mr. Mrugesh Bhatt in compliance Dept. on 26/10/2009. but hi done nathing about this, than I met Mis. Bina & Mr. Rushikesh Parikh and I give tham Complint in wretern on 16/11/09 about this, woh assure that he will make inquiry in this matter and sort out the matter . But till date nothing has been heard from him. in the circumstances mentioned above you'r goodself to make inquiry in this matter.
