    Default DreamGains

I subscribed for bangalore based dreamgains financial services pvt ltd a month ago and i wanted to check their perfomrance of live market calls they give. They said they do not have one month pack rather i have to opt for 3 months by paying 19200 Rs. And if am not satisifed by the service they will refund the entire amount. After watching their calls i was not satisfied and when asked for refund they deny it and say i need to trade for every call and if i incur losses they ll see my trading statement and later refund the amount.

If i trade in their calls ill loose more money than what i have paid so i do not wat to trade ,And rather want 2 months of my subcription to be refunded .Their people are not willing to co operate kindly advice.
Do i approach consumer court or lodge a cheating case against them.

    Hi all

Im a professional trader since last 4+ years. What I've learnt from my experience is that, it is our duty as well as right to thoroughly investigate before investing in stock trading companies.Because, 9 out of 10 times it is the fault of the investor and there is no point in playing the blame game.

Trading is risky and the best rule is to invest only that much which we can afford to lose.
    Happy Trading.
