SMC Global, a brokerage firm, has traded in stock market without my consents and lost my money of Rs.45,000. I registered my complaint with them and after doing some futile exercise of nearly one month they say that it has been done with your consents.

Now, I have registered my complaint with NSE and SEBI as well and also planning to lodge an FIR against SMC global, the branch manager of Bhopal Branch (Mr. Jaskaran) and Rajiv Agarwal, the agent who actually misguided me at all the points. He also asked me to wait for three months to get the money back when I asked him regarding these fraudulent transaction.

I have also written mails to the top management of SMC Global but they hardly read these kind of mails.

Please take strict action against these practices so that the hard-earned money of the innocent investors can be saved.

I had the same problem, lost about 25000 from my side and lost Rs.1,50,000 from my co-brother's side.

We visited MG Road branch SMC office many times but there was no proper response.

forgot to mention the agent / the SMC employee we were dealing with is Sreekanth, a dangerous and illiterate guy.

He is the one who misguided us, and was telling us that he made so and so profit this day and this week, at last we just found all the money is gone.

Its happens with small broking firms and i had also heard about these type of cases,SMC global works for broking charges there income is only through broking so they misguides the customers mainly, and they do these kinds of things,,

we, provide better service in dealing with EQUITY MARKET, COMMODITIES, AND FOREX MARKET.
