The company closed its dharwad branch in the year 2008 without giving intimetion to me, after that i have contected branch incharge mr pujari and he told your account has closed, there is no balance, after this on 24/04/2010 samyuktha karnataka ( kanada news paper ) a news item appeared that there is some misappropriation at dharwad branch then i have requested to m/s dbfs securi ltd (formerly select stock brokers ltd ) to send my transction statement, holding statement f shares, & dp transction statement. on 31/07/2010 there is no reply from company i have given 90,000 cheque to m/s select stock brokers ltd for my delivery shares purchase the branch dealer of company traded in F&O without intimation to me & lossed all shares & balance amount after this i have made a complaint to SEBI, NSE, CDSL, some customers filed case in consumers court dharwad the criminal case filed aginest one customer mr shankargouda desai in jmfc court dharwad the company runned its dharwad branch illigaly not issued contract notes regularly not issued transction statement, holding statement of shares & dp transction statement to customers in regular course,
