Hi the icicidirect site service is pathetic.. it's is either down or slow. they charge heavy manitenance fee for account but the service is really pathetic.. it is a big pain now.

I have brought htis to there attention but no impact.

i think the whole technical team of icicidirect shud be terminated without notice..... Bloody time pass..... I am suffering like anything and they are unable to handle the tech issues.... Why are they offering services, which they are incapable of...?????

SEBI shud take some action against such organizations, if members of SEBI have no extra monetary interest in bloody ICICIDirect......

so sad to see site not working during trading hours.... this is not the first time.... it happens many time..... generally we get some awkward messages when trying to access after trading hours.....

Kids seem to be handling the technology at ICICIDIrect.....

Request you to register a compliant in SEBI

I am going to ask for compensation for loss suffered by me and i they are not going to compensate than i am going to close the icici direct account

I am in heavy loss because of icicidirect was down. I will take compensasion by going to consumer court. also i am planing to log complain in SEBI.
