I had applied a home loan in Indiabulls housing finance and in all my conversations i had asked for a loan amount of around 11 lakhs but i got a call from India bulls saying only 8lakhs can be sanctioned to which i denied but they still charged me a processing fees of INR 5510 but i never got a sanction letter as i denied the amount that they were able to sanction.
Its been 3months now that i have been sending emails to them calling them and visiting their office but no one is ready to help me in getting me the refund of processing fees that was charged for the loan that was never sanctioned.

Sir,
all home finance company do the same.Don't know the reason.They says that eventhough loan rejected we have spent money for the proceessing.I don't know whether it is fair.Can know if anyone approaches the court for refund.
