I had tried to open a trading account in Indiainfoline in the name of my wife.I had given them all the details of my wife in order to open the account.Also I had given them a cheque of Rs 5000 of which Rs 2500 was towards brokerage charges and Rs 2500 would be available for me to trade in stocks,this is what was told to me.But I dont know what was wrong with them,they opened an account in my name and the whole Rs 5000 was used as brokerage amount.also all the details they had filled about me were also wrong due to which I never received any of the details on time.At last after many months of waiting for response I had to personallly call them and get the details.When I came to know that the account was opened in my name I immediately told them to close the account but they didnt do it and instead told me that after 1 year that amount would b automatically credited to my account.I thought i can wait for some more months and see.Now when I called them they are saying that the money cant be refunded and I should have used that amount by trading in stocks.I dont know what to do.Can u pls help me?
