i sold my shares on 6-11-07 and submmmited transaction slip to bank next day but due to technical difficulties in bank's net working bank could not forward the same to bse which resulted in auction of my shares resulting loss of rs.15000/-to my d-mate account.i complain to bank and nsdl also in this regards but no result is arrieved.pl.let me know what steps can be taken against the bank.
