I am a senior citizen, i wanted to sell my shares lying in my DMAT account 20760959 since last one month. I have visited Karvy bareilly office 10 times till now, please note that i have trouble in walking and they have there office at 2 nd floor. But even after visiting the office so many times i have failed to sale my shares because as per them the signatures are not matching. Its been 10 years that i havent traded so there may be a case that my signature may have changed a little but even though after complying with all there forms i am not able to sale my shares. This is really pathetic.

Whenever i visit the office, either there is no one in the office or i am told to wait for hours.

I request you to take serious action against the same and process my request to sale the shares on priority basis because i am tired of vising there office.
