Hi,

I opened Demat a/c with Kotak Securities in last week of July.
While Account opening, the executive named Ms. Sumi told me that
1. For Infosys employees, all charges for account maintenance have been waived off. Account opening & maintenance is free for us.
2. She will explain me all details after account is opened.

I received welcome kit in month of August. Then I tried calling Sumi. Initially she didnt pick my calls.Then she said that she will come to my place to explain all the details in 2-3 days. But she didnt turned up. After few days whenever I called her, she just used to message me that she is out of Pune & will call back once in pune. No one from Kotak helped me with this procedure.

And then suddenly I got one bill of 99Rs for 3 months starting from July stating this are NSDL charges.Which were not told to me by Kotak Securities. And also charges are from July month when I applied for A/c opening while I received the kit in mid August.

I am being cheated here. I have been charged for the charges which were not told while A/C opening.

Please take necessary action against Kotak.
