Dear Sir,
I, Sribash Majumder, was the holder of 500 Units of HDFC Mid-Cap Opportunites (Growth) Fund vide Folio No.3935693/52. I have taken the same on 25.06.2007. However, after the lock-in period 3 years, I have surrendered the same for redemption. After a lot of correspondences, the HDFC authority issued a cheque of Rs.6911.50 and directly sent the same to PNB Savings Bank Account from which I have issued the cheque at the time of investment.
But already that account had been closed by me as I have shifted my residence. I requested HDFC authority several times that I have already closed my PNB Savings A/c. at Nagpur and shifted my residence to Kolkata. I have provided my new address as well as a cancelled cheque of my SBI savings bank a/c.
But inspite of several request, correspondence, the cheque has been sent to my old address, as told by HDFC authority, and as such, till date after a gap of 9 months from the date of surrendering the same, I have not received the payment cheque.
I humbly request your good office to kindly intervene in the matter and help me to get my hard earned money back.
At present I am residing at the following address :
Plot No.102, Sector-1, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana
My SBI savings bank account No.10209044062.
Kindly help me.
With Regards,
SRIBASH MAJUMDER
