It seems Religare Securities has appointed New Business Director Mr Dwarka, who does whatever he feels like doing, to buy and sel shares at his own discretion, shift clients and BDRs where he wants to operate from. I m BDR 2028B00019, me and my clients were earlier shifted from bandra to nariman point where he was transfered, he sold shares of investors without anyones notice or intimation, on posting several complaints we were shifted back to bandra. Now we are transfered to 210, 1st Floor, Taj Building, Fort, Mumbai 400021 without anyones notice just because Dwarka has moved. Tommorrow if he is posted to panvel, i suppose so, we all will be moving to Panvel. I think this happens only in Religare Securities Ltd. He will surely get promoted and designated BDR and Client controller India. I know SEBI will not take any action against Religare and Dwarka, the most efficient employee.
