I am having 5 D mat account with your Howrah Branch having trading code WHN002.

Further with reference to the captioned IPO I had submitted 5 applications as per detail given below through your Howrah Branch personnel ( Mr Sanjeev) :

The applications were deposited with AXIS Bank through your representative. I am having the acknowledged application copy counterpart with me.

To my surprise, today I could know from Karvy that no shares has been allotted against my any of the obove applications, while cheques amount has been debited from all the respective Bank accounts. Please provide us with the TSR no of each applications so that I can file claim against the Company for non allotment of shares. As per basis of allotment I am eligible for allotment of 38 shares in each account.

Monday the 16th Aug 2010, the shares are going to be listed. I will be bearing financially the two cost :

1) Interest on Application amount
2) Listing gain


Kindly let me know the reason for such happenings. So that I can lodge the claim against the concerned party with the requisite Statute/Authority..
