I m from Hubli (karnataka), I have cheated by a representative of StockInNews.com. On 5th Oct 2010 I have deposited the amount of Rs.5,000=00 in their account of EXCEL INDIA of ICICI Bank, Andheri Branch, Mumbai. for getting tips through mobile & by mail. The representative (Mr. Sumeet 09820823344) told me tomorrow onwards you will receive daily one sms for one month. But on 6th i didnt receive any sms from them. After market closing I called him & told about it. Again he told you will get sms from tomorrow. On 7th also I didnt receive any sms. Again I called him but now he is neither receiving the call nor replying thorugh mail. I called him several times & told him that I will register a complaint against you. But still he is not receiving call. Please help me out & make arrange for refund of my money of Rs.5,000=00. I will be very thankfull to you. Did you receive any receipt from the company? If yes, keep it safe with you along with the bank receipt. Try contacting the company manager or visit its offices. If they don't take any action for another week, seek a legal opinion.

If you haven't received any receipt from the company, you may have been victim of fraud by the representative. File an F.I.R. immediately.
