My motherinlaw ( Age 70+) have shares of Tata Sponge Iron Ltd. since last 27 years. She want to redempt it but she misplaced original shares, so started communication with said company at Mahalaxmi office since last 4 months. As per their requirements i dispatch them all necessary documents, but yet not received certificates. Since 17/10/2011 they stop sending me reply. Even continuously i am giving reminders to them.
