Hi this is Biswajit,

I had an IIFL a/c which was opened in the month of Aug'10,everything was going fine but suddenly I found that trade is happening without my concern.Now when asking for the grievence cell to reply ,always they are sending the same mail that your request already been fwdd to the concern n we will get back to you very soon but it is almost 3 months past and now they are also not replying to my mails.Kindly help me out to resolve the issue.

Hello Mr. Biswajit,
I had similar experience with another firm and decided to close my account though with heavy loss but wish to take up the matter through Consumer court. I am still holding the account and my demat shares are not yet transfered back to me and hence could not name the firm's name now.We may mutually share our experience on the ongoing respective matters and necessary to jointly take up the matter.
