I,Pramod Kumar Gupta, opened an account with anand rathi with Rs 15,001 and at the time of opening the account I was told that if I don't do business through anand rathi, I would get refund of my whold money i.e.Rs 15,001/-.

But now they are declining to refund the money although I haven't done any business through anand rathi; saying that it was an advanced brokerage and hence they will not return my money.

I pray you to look into this matter and help me in getting my needy money back.
