Hi,
I am having share trade terminal of M/s Moti Lal Oswal Securities Ltd. at Agra. My V-set was shifted from my old premises to a new premises on 18.7.2010. On Monday your rep. was to come and verify its working but he did not come and the V-set started working at about 2 p.m. Then again on Friday the V-set started giving problem and complaint was lodged with Mr. Harish but no action was taken.
On Monday it was a total break down and my terminal could not open. Again it was reported to Mr. Sanju and Mr. Harish at about 9.05 a.m. Mr. Harish told me due to upgradation the V-set will start functioning by 9.30 a.m. but it did not start up.
Thereafter I called several times to Mr. Harish till 11.30 a.m. but no result and then he told me to contact Mr. Sanjay who will be directed to see the problem. I called up Mr. Sanjay after a passage of about 45 minutes but he replied very rudely that "YOUR REQUEST LIES WITH ME BUT ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO ATTEND SO URGENTLY."
My V-set Id is 8593.
He came at about 2 p.m. and struggled for FOUR hours without getting desired results and then he told me that the V-set has to be shifted because of some interference being faced.
In this connection I have to draw your kind attentiopn to the following :-
1. If there was this problem of interference then how come Mr. Sanjay come to know in four hours time?
2. In four hours my V-set was dismantled and fixed at new place then how come it could not be rectified in that much of time?
3. This being a share trading terminal why PRIORITY could not be accorded in sending the concerned person?
4. The problem could not be set right yesterday then WHY NOT Mr. SANJU COULD COME AND ATTEND TO THE FAULT IN THE MORNING. TILL NOW NO ONE HAS COME TO ATTEND TO THE PROBLEM AND MY TERMINAL IS CLOSED TODAY ALSO. Mr. Harish has told me that Mr. Sanjay will be coming after 3.30 p.m. to settle the problem.
5. IS THIS THE WAY HCL GIVES SERVICE TO THE CLIENTS?
I, therefore, desire AN IMMEDIATE ACTION TO SETTLE THE ISSUE from your end so that my terminal is not closed tomorrow also as I am facing a lot of ANGUISH OF MY CLIENTS.
