I had opened a account with Ventura Securities Ltd in October 2009

My account number : 91380157 Branch : Matunga

When i opened the account it was said that they have plans such of 5000 Rs , 10000 Rs
etc and this money is considered as ADVANCE BROKERAGE and it will be adjusted against the brokerage which is generated against any trading done by me.

But i was not able to trade so i had called the representative who had opened my account asking him that i want my advance money to be refunded.
He initially told that the amount will be refunded.

But now they are saying that one year has passed and so the amount will not be refunded

It was never told to me that if you don't trade this money will not be refunded

So i feel that VENTURA SECURITIES LTD HAVE CHEATED ON ME SO ASK FOR JUSTICE

Hi Nikam,
This has been done to me also, m going to register a compain in sebi and in consumer court and urge you to do the same or else you can contact me, i stay in mumbai only.
Meanwhile ask your friends and to whom you knows not to open a account in ventura .
Let them suffer too--
