I am bearing an account in Indiabulls commodities since 8 May 2009 at Bhandarkar Road, Pune.
On 15th October I approached to Indiabulls Pimpri Branch for transferring my account from Bhandarkar road to Pimpri Branch.
During interaction with your executive I came to know that my account was inoperative & will be transferred to Pimpri branch only when my account will get reactivated.
I have filled the forms for account reactivation & account transfer.
On 28th October I was informed that account reactivation form was rejected due to signature mismatch.
With consulting your executive I have refilled the reactivation form on the same day.
I have also submitted the cheque of Rs. 30000 (amount credited to India Bulls on the same day)
My acount got rejected again, reason given signature mismatch.
Afterwards i called for specimen signature snap shot on my registered e-mail account to avoid further rejection. I got scanned copy of my initial application form after 10 days. I immediately filled new reactivation form with signature similar to initial application form(which is no differ than present signature).
Again my form got rejected due to signature mismatch. Now over 45 days passed, neither my account got reactivated nor any positive communication from india bulls for reactivation of account.
My money is blocked since my account is inactive.
I am not getting the way forward
