I have obtained a credit card from ABN Amro Bank at Lucknow but not made any transaction on it.
In 2007 I have received a cheque of Rs. 75000/- from the Bank as personal loan against credit card, Neither i have not applied for this nor I have been asked for this loan. I have cancelled that cheque and returned to Bank immediately. Now Bank is asking an amount of Rs. 3850/- against this loan and I am receiving regular calls from Bank. How can I get rid of it.
