Dear Sir,

This is regarding credit card account i have with ABN AMRO Bank of which i have paid 9000/- Rs in the month of Sep 08 as a settlement ammount against my oustanding for which i didnt recieved any settlement letter and post that the lady who offered me this is untracable..since about a year ABN AMRO's agency started nagging stating outstanding.

I even wrote to their cusotmer care no. of times but every time they said there is no settlement shows on my name.

This simply shows that the lady have fooled me with settlement amount have paid which wasnt paid against settlement.,,but besides taking action against their emloyee they simply started nagging me for no of times and threatned me with dier consequences.

Need your support in this as they have slapped with legal notice without any reason now.

Please help me in this.

I Muralidharan PB,having Credit card issued by erstwhile ABN Amro Bank and now presently called as RBS.
I have been using this card since 2008. Suddenly by business did not go well and i dont have money to repay my minimum due. As i planned to pledge by jewels and repay the credit card during Dec 2010, i was approached by a bank agency person. He asked me to wait for few days and there was no response. I used the money for some other purpose. Today i am getting frequent calls atleast 50 calls each day.

A Lady named Viji calling my mobile, my home number, my office number and harrasing me to pay the credit card amount. I told by first week of april 2011, i am planning to settle card and i requested to wait. But she keeps on calling me and forcing me to pay atleast 1000 rupees,. I am totally disturbed by this irritating calls from the Bank. Because i am supposed to get money only during the first week of April 2011, it is impossible for me to pay any smaller amount also.

May i ask the authorities to take necessary action against the Bank employee or agents who utter threatening calls to pay?

Be tight against these types of illegal threatening. Tell him you can do whatever you want. Let them do illegal action. They can not do anything. All they are corrupted people. Private and foreign banks must be kicked out of India.
