Sub: Dispute regarding the false credit reporting made to CIBIL.

Sir/madam,
Above mentioned are the details of the card relationship I had with ABN AMRO.
This dispute is dated back to May 2008 through February 2009. Where in I have used the card and I was contacted by ABN Amro Rep Many times forcing me to get the total amount due converted to an EMI which finally was told to me that It was converted into an EMI however it was not reflecting in my monthly statements.
I have pulled up the statements for june2008 and July 2008 which state that I have to pay a total amount due of Rs 22959.99/- towards my card and my card has been blocked. When I visited branch end of July I Spk with a Branch Employee names Steven who spk to the manager to get an approval to waive all the fees that were put on my card and asked me to make a payment for Rs 11800/- and there was a Cash payment made in the branch itself and i was promised that there would be a letter that I would receiving which would state that my total outstanding will be cleared without any credit rating damage..
However, never did I receive a letter that the fees have been cleared but got a statement again in August stating that i still owe the bank Rs 11159/- and then I continuously got threatening calls from Delhi branch stating that the bank will file a complaint to the police and they will handle me and when I visited the branch I was again informed by Mr Steven to ignore those calls and that your systems have not been updated with info. And ever since that instance there was no contact made to me by ABN AMRO bank till date.
Now when I wanted to apply for a personal loan I was informed by HSBC and another lender that ABN AMRO has reported my credit wrongly to CIBIL and I was rejected for the loan. BECAUSE OF THE ERROR MADE IM GOING THE TRAUMA OF NOT BEING ELIGIBLE FOR A LOAN WHICH IS VERY MUCH NECESSARY FOR ME RIGHT NOW.

I Tried getting in touch with the bank again but couldn't get in touch. i even tried sending e-mail to the e-mail address's which were on the bank statements but the mails were returned back stating that the mails have failed to be delivered as the e-mail address's do not exist.

You can check my entire credit history, i hold 3 credit cards( HSBC, ICICI, HDFC ) and a personal loan with HSBC which i always have paid on time and i have never defaulted on any of them neither was a late pmt ever. The only reason that this problem raised because of ABN AMRO converting that amt into an EMI and i didn't make the pmt as it was not reflecting on my statements.

So, i would request you to kindly get my CIBIL corrected and i also want to file a complaint against ABN AMRO and get a compensation for the Trauma that they put me through.
