An amount has been debited from my credit card no. Credit card on 24/06/2010 toward insurance policy but when i inquire from the concerned company customer care department company name TATA AIG they told that no such policy has been issued against you . Then i approched to the customercare to credit my amount of Rs 13176/ (6588+6588) which was debited from my credit card they give me insyrense to solve my problem shortly and the amount will be credited to my credit card but till today the amount not credited to my card.As and when i enquire about my problem from customercare they promised me to solve the problen shortly.
sir i request to please look in the metter and approch to TATA AIG to credit the amount in my card .
