TEAM SNAP,

Today I had conversation with an offical of SNAP and it was conveyed very rudely to me that SNAP double payment refund will take place only after results and that are scheduled on "12th Jan 2011".

I have made several requests to SNAP/SIBM team in this regard but all in vain.Whenever any aspirant calls SNAP team behavior is very rude as if it was candidate's mistake.

I have raised a complaint in "Consumer Forum" and if not addressed this is issue I have to escalate it further with the government authorities as it is not mentioned in "FAQ's " of SNAP that how much time it will take to refund .If 1.5 months is the time that a organization takes for such a simple task be it with bulk of candidates that is idiotic.

Similar issues arises with candidates in Entrance forms of other institutes but refund gets credited within 4-5 business days ,its unusual in SNAP's case that refund is taking such an infinite time moreover officials are so RUDE to address candidate's query and they say that you work in "TCS" what is the value of "2550" for you ,so and so personal comments are there and they harass me .

This probably would be my last warning mail to SNAP/SIBM , I am compelled by SNAP team to take this issue further on the next level.

TEAM SNAP/SBI,

This is height of this issue its been six days from the transaction day and being reputed organizations both SNAP/SBI team are not claiming whose end there was a mistake.

When I called Admissions Office SNAP/SIBM they said refund of double payment will take another 2 Months time which is invalid and I am going to take this issue to the CONSUMER COURT if not Addressed within a day .I mean if my account is not credited with 2550 INR from SIBM/SNAP side tomorrow itself I am going to ESCALATE this issue.

To the director ,HOD's and Admissions HEAD ,going blind to this issue not replying to student queries reflect negligence on your part moreover the kind of employees you have in admissions department I lament upon the students who are current;ly studying in SYMBOISIS UNIVERSITY in such a environment of Indiscipline where the HEADS are themselves BLIND to the STUDENT QUERIES.

When I called admission office today they said payment will take another 2 Months and when I called Admission office last thrusday they said payment will take another 2 Days .There seems to be a paradox in SNAP Team, Plz rectify the same and if this issue is not addressed I will make sure that your reputation is down towards TCS.

I am going to escalate this issue to the government departments if not resolved by tomorrow

Sir,

I called admission office SNAP/SIBM today regarding double deduction of SNAP TEST fees ,the concerned official told me that the payment will be credited within 2-3 business days and when I asked him whether it is a Bank fault so that I have to inform Bank regarding incomplete transaction the concerned official had cut the call which is height of negligence of duty and for that matter he had put the receiver off so that he could not take more calls.


Considering SIBM/SNAP to be a reputed University It is very annoying that your officials behave like this in solving student queries moreover when the fault is at there side.

Please look into it and kindly inform me whether the fault lies @ your side of the bank side so that I may act accordingly

This is in reference to the transactions happened with SBI_VISA card for submitting fees of SNAP and SIBM the wholesome amount to be 2550 INR.But the problem I faced in 23rd Nov 2011 transactions were that first time I was unable to do transaction so I re tried thereby there was a deduction of 2550 INR twice .

Moreover I don't whether it is a bank fault or SNAP fault ,please rectify the problem from the source.
