I lost my credit card, i have informed this to axis and blocked the card. Some one used my card and purchased before they block my card. I have made the payment for what i purchased, and i didnt pay for the amount which i have not purchased. Bank ask me to send police complaint copy and dispute form, which i have sent it to them. Bank put interest for the outstanding payment and informed me that i am liable to pay the outstanding and dispute is against me. I am arguing the sign on the bill is not mine, which purchased by someone. I have the copy of the bill, bank sent me those details. They debited 4700 from axis saving bank account. How can i reclaim this amount.
