Ref: UTI bank credit card no.4718630100371995
Dear sir,
With due respect,I sri Uttam Karmakar beg to state that the above refered card was issued to me on August 2007, and I used the card for only six month and thereafter I want to close the account but inspite of repeated visit to the bank,they couldn't settle the a/c on the ground that the Guwahati office was not authorised and they told me that once the facility will operate at Guwahati,they will settle my a/c and on the basis of their assurance I stopped using the card and was waiting for further communication from them even I tried with toll free no.but no response.
But yesterday(4-2-2012) when I have visited the branch to collect the settlement letter of my personal loan a/c(not yet received after paid the final amount settled by the bank personal on 7th aug 2010) I come to know that a case has been filed against me for the said card.
Here sir,I would request you to please allow me to settle the account by paying the last transaction amount which is Rs.2500/- as it is showing due because of the misguide by the bank people and no communication from the bank since last 4 years.
Please do the needful.
