Dear Sir/Madam,
Barclay Bank Issue me a credit card (4339504223207403) in Sep.2010 valid from Sep.2010 and expired Sep.2013 Bank charged amount of Rs.5000/= against card issuance with out any pre communication. I paid the amount, after that I make a purchase of Rs.1500/= and paid total due amount in April, 2011 after that Bank charged amount of Rs. 3280.24 in Sep.2011 with out any transaction. I called the customer care for the inquiry then they asked me that they charged amount against annual renewal fees they never communicate before about that but according to card my card expired in Sep.2013. Why they charged renewal fees before card expired with out pre intimation after that I blocked my card in Sep.2011 but they charged interest on renewal fees every month.
Till date I paid total amount of Rs. 10300/= against purchase of 1500/= and according to bank due amount till date 5187.85/=
