Barclaycard company - is not able to operate and rather cheating the customers.
I am customer, they send startment by email.. with password, they give some logic..it doesn't work many times.

May month it didn't worked, not able to open, I sent a mail on 6th-May saying that not able to open and I called them also no one was really healing me.

still I paid the amount on 16th-May ( due date was on 9th-may).. after I called severl time to update the issue... each time no one has the right info ... each time one answer...

they sent a stement for 700 ( aproximaly) as let fee... after several communicaiton .. today they sent a mail saying that.. they haven't received mail on6th... what ever it is we are removeing late fee pay 160 interest...

Can some one from govt involve in it.. whom we can approach.. my intention is to teach a lesson to this guys .... for their mistate why I need to pay.
