I am pritam mote , i was holding a credit card of barclays bank in yr. 2008 and it was used till 2009 . when i was working i used to pay the installments but after some time i need to closed my credit card , as i went jobless and i asked for the amount for settlement to be paid by me to bank for closing the credit card status , they asked me to pay 34k which was not possible for me to pay so i requested them to make the amt less and after that they gave the settlement of rs.19k , which i aggreed and paid to the collection executive person in cash and he didnt gave me receipt for that saying u will get the settlement letter from delhi office via courier and then after few days i contacted to the customer care i got answer as wait for few days u will receive it and after that they used to gave me the same answer , for several times . And now they are HARRASSING me and my family members by abusing us very badly as already my brother is a Heart patient at the age of 30 and if any thing goes wrong with him what should we do and after all this if the BARCLAY BANK ANENCIES are harrassing us we had lodged a complaint in police stn. as well as with the BARCLAY BANK HEAD OFFICE . But then also we are in total depression due to this .PLZ , do the needful for us
