I hold a barclays platinium credit card which has an annual fees of INR 3000. I have paid my annual fees and have now disputed on 2 invalid web transcations done in Aug'11 and Sept'11. I have been disputing one transction since Aug and during that time one more transction occured in Sept. I have told earlier that fax not received and finally have submitted scanned request for charge back. Now to be told, that only Sept charge back will be considered as too late for charge back request for Aug.

And now I have been told that I have to make a payment for Sept disputed amount, else my card will be blocked forever !!!!
