when ever i call customer care they say its not been updated i gave my details
3 times to 7 times still when i call to check what is the status of my form no they simply hang up and line gets disconnect.There is no proper response from customer service.

sir, can you please tell me the procedure how to change the damaged card which i am using for last

I want petro card statement what I am PURCAHSED PETROL from 28/2/2011 to till the date.

I debited 5000/- rs from my debit card to petrocard on 28/2/2011. I purchsed petrol 1,250/-rs on 28/2/2011 and 750/- rs on 21/3/2011. But in my petrocard balance showing 1600/-rs . that's why I want petrocard statement to see where is my amount 1300/- gone.
