I am a credit card holder of ICICI Bank having card no.4629864184384008. A lady named Jyoti called me with the number 011-46768400 and informed to settle the due amount on my credit card with 16000/. She committed that the kindly make the payment first in any of icici branch & i am sending mail for approval of settlement of due amount at 16000/- and approval will be definately come within 2-3 days. After that i will issue the Settlement letter. She gives me his senior manager no. also 09711006018 (Mr. Sushant Sharma) for further communication. I spoke to mr. Sushant on given no. and he also confirmed the same. Accordingly I paid 16000/-rs on 24/03/2011 with transaction id no M3265360 in Civil Lines branch, Gurgaon. After making the payment i got a called from Mr. Sushant sharma from same no. to confirmation of payment. But after that didn't got any response till 31st of march 2011 from Mr. Sushant Sharma. When called on the given no. the number is temporatily out of service. When called on landline no., continoeusly ringing. I have tried many times on mobile no. to contact with mr. Sushant sharma till date but getting the same vodafone no. temporarily out of service. Now i have no update of my account. Kindly look into the issue and let me update as soon as possible. Looking and hoping for your positive response.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have not received any communication from ICICI Bank. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. I have checked my account online by view icici credit card statement. But in after making the full and final payment. the charges and instalment are showing on the date of 19th of Apr. 2011. It means that my account has not been settled now. I am worried what to do. Kindly take neccessary action in this regards. Mr. Sushant Sharma's no. is still out of service. Kindly help me to resolve this matter.
