I have been asked to pay tions on my for transections on my lost card although i had reported it lost, the transections are not done or signed by me, the Bank did not do any efforts to block the payent to the Merchant from Collecting Bank or VISA.They keep harasing me by phone calls and leters including notices from advocates.please guide,
