I have received call from Club Leisure, New Delhi on 10.06.10 regarding offering Free card and some vouchers for Travelling free of cost. The executive never mention the cost for the same. She connected the line and told me to register credit card number etc and I have received the message regarding transaction of Rs.5509/- debited through my ICICI Bank credit card. As now I do not want to continue with Club Leisure because they have cheated me by insisting to register the card. The executive talking in between while registering the card so I am unable to listen the conversation properly and I have made mistake of registering my card.
How one can connect and make on line transactions over phone directly. The Club Leisure is not ready to cancel the transaction as well as money refund. They might have cheated so many card holders.
Please look into the matter and reply.

on 17-jun-2010 I was also cheated by giving all wrong impression and mis representation.

Now I am trying to call them for last 1 hour but I am only asked to hold the line.

As now I do not want to continue with Club Leisure because they have cheated me by insisting to register the card. I Have also received a call from a floor executiev Mr. Deshpande one of the fraud executive of the company regarding offering Free card and some vouchers for Travelling free of cost. this rascal deshpande had never mention the cost of Rs.5509 during the conversation between us. after offering the free offers he had taken all my hdfcbank credit card details & told me thatyou will receive the Transaction No. & you will have to input that transaction No. then he had connected the phone to IVR. and while i was hearing the information he was speaking from behind so i was not able to hear it from hdfcbank IVR. That Bastard had never mention me during the talk on phone that i will be charged by Rs. 5509. As soon as i knew that this bitch has debited the amount from my bank credit card i argued with them that i dont want your bloody any offers. but they got the by cheating me. and they didnt revert my money back. i would like to inform all my friend's that this thing has been happend to me so kindly dont accepet any offers from any calls, they are all cheaters. they are fraud. this bastard's are always looking for the people who just come in to their talk and punch the transaction no. so please please its my personel request to all of you to not to attend any calls.
