The RBS bank which was earlier ABN Amro bank their executive ran behind us 4 years back to take a credit card from them. and forced us in many ways to take one and promised it is a lifetime free card u need not pay and all. after one year in the statement there was a membership fee charged on calling at customer care they reversed the amount and the same story every year. this year also same happened and then suddenly said it can not be reversed coz RBS has new guidlines. I paid the amount after a long discussion and promise by them that if u pay one time it will be made lifetime free. the day i paid the amount to my surprise the same day my total credit limit is reduced from 27K to 3k. when i called and confirmed they said if u wish u can close this but no money will be reverted back.
