Fortnight back I got a credit card from SBI after insisting by the staff mentioning that you are our valuable and prestigious client, so i agreed to take the credit card for me and my spouse at the time the Representative of SBI had told me that for the activation of the card you simply have to go to any of the ATM's of SBI and can activate your card with PIN number but after receiving both the credit card and the Pin i went to SBI ATM for the activation but it was showing "ERROR 59 Contact your branch",
I contacted the Representative of SBI the he told me that for the activation of the card you have to withdraw a minimum of Rs.100/- from your card account and there wont be any charges for the activation only you have to pay back the same after you receive your bill statement.
But after receiving the bill statement few days back i came to know that Rs. 300/- per card had been charged on 13/07/2010 for activation of card so it is a clear case of breach of trust and cheating

So i therefore request to kindly look into the matter and reverse the charges wrongly levid to my SBI CREDIT CARD NUMBER 5101 2869 2620 8234. and credit the amount of Rupees 664.95/- at the earliest
