Citibank the worst bank which i have ever seen in my entire life .
They debitted 30 ,000 rupees without taking my permission from my savings account and on top of it they take huge intrests some un known charges .
they misuse my credit card by giving false statements .
without my notice they have given permission to metlife a sister collobarative insurance company to deduct funds from my credit card in the name of auto renewal for 5000 rupees .
every month i see some false billing for 300 or 500 .
they are just revenue generating bussiness atitude .
wish one day Citibank gets wiped off from the enitre banking business .
after going tru all this pain , i have approached them 2 months back for a full and final settlement but the customer care people are least bothered .
they are not even responding to the queries .
and to add on top of it they are asking tme to pay more and more money in terms of intrest

can any body help me in how to file a Customer case in court against Citibank

CITIBANK SUCKS ....................

I pray God that CITIBANK should get barred from its services in india .
