Citibank Credit card
I am Twinkle Ravindran and I got citibank credit card 5546379671178018, last year I bought computer worth 27000 and agreed to make payment installments and paid more than the required amount ever since. I also clarified with the executive about the payment structure and rate of interest, he specified I would need to make payment only once in a month to which I agreed. But this year in the month of march I made the payment in the first week, in the last week I got an SMS again about the charge to be paid in the same month. So I called up customer care dept., the executive was unable to explain me anything and placed on hold for good 25-30 min and got disconnected. Next time I used a landline service to call up and again the same thing happened and to my surprise there were no notations on my about the previous call I made. The executive was rude and didn't transfer me to the supervisor when I asked for one. This thing happened couple of times and that made me furious. Last payment was made in june,06,2009, and since then I've been getting calls and notices but no one is ready to help me. People making collection calls are giving me missed calls for about5-6 times in a day, this is unacceptable. I want compensation for the troubles I had to face and I had to pay good amount of phone bills because of citibank customer care's negligency to respond because initially all I wanted is an explanation. If that is not taken care of I'd be forced to go newspaper and write a detailed article about the same.
