I had blocked my card no(5425568138006012) on 1st august as i had lost the card and told to block all the transactions, then also one transaction they allowed. i called immediately and told why it was done , they replied that i had given approval to one of the merchant earlier in july, but i had told to block all tansaction , which they didn't do. I complained to citibank india service and they are taking 1.5 months to resolve this issue . Any every 15 -20 days they are adding intreset to the original amount. I asked why they had not blocked and stopped payment , they have no reply for this.
