They have not refunded my money for a cancelled transaction for the past 5 months....I had placed the request for a NIKON camera on the 20/01/2010 and somehow due to some technical fault in their system, two payments for 7589 INR was debited from my CITIBANK credit card account through their IVR payment portal for the same order (ORDER # 112159228). Even though they cancelled the order on their own they just made one refund and the second one has not yet come to me....

I have been contacting them on a regular basis for the refund and have wasted huge money on my phone calls to them...but till date i have not received my refund...Now, I am initiating a lawsuit in the consumer forum against them and make them pay the compensation for the mental trauma i have undergone along with the monetary loss....

THEY WILL PAY THE PRICE NOW!!!
