I was holding the CITIBANK Credit Card in the name of " ASHOK KUMAR SINGH"
Its no. was 5546 3791 2543 8000. For the last three years I have not been given the accounts statement. On Personal visit to the Chennai Customer Care and Collection centre on GN Chetty Road, I was told that your account does not exist. They asked me to deposit the remaining balance money in a different account by no. 5546 3791 2543 8026
I have deposted balance money of Rs 40019/ today. When I asked Mr Anand And Mr Ramesh in the collection centre to give me the letter of final settlement and ending my relationship with CITI BANK, They did not agree. They said you will be sent account statement having zero liability.
Sir I do not trust CITI BANK. They suddenly charge something and send goondas for collection. Sir I do not want any relationship with CITIBANK. I request your kind intervention in the matter and help me get my 'Final Settlement' letter , 'End of Relatuionship' letter and 'Removal of my personal Information' from their database. If personal information is not removed then they again start sending unsolicited letters and statement of accounts, then they charge for service even though you are not interested and are not using their services

Dear Sir,

With reference to my above credit card, I got your statement on-line last week and I once again noticed you have charged Overlimit Fee of Rs. 757.29 + service charges.

I immediately called you guys atleast on 4 occasion to advise you to reverse the same and all of them to whom I spoke kept me on hold to check with their superiors and the line kept on getting disconnected.

Please note I do not agree to pay this Overlimit Fees and request you to please credit me the said amount immediately under advise to me or else please cancel my said card and I wont me interested in continuing with the same.

please let me have yr immediate response enable to make payment of the said card accordingly. Also I notice in Due Date you have mentioned payment to made immediately without even giving me time for payment like normally you do, so please clarify the due date of payment also as immediate payment is also not acceptable to me.

Please note I have been having good relation with yr bank and I also have further -2- Credit cards and I have never failed to make payments on time.

Await yr prompt response.
