Dear Sir, this is regarding the citibank credit card which my wife Sanika Chaubal was deliberatly given as per the banks marketing gimmicks.Well all was fine till a point when a misuse of the card was done on internet by a unknown person,had to fight a lot to prove our innocence, but then succeded.Then i had called up the coustomer care and told them to block the card and categorically told them that i would not like to use their service ,wanted to terminate the credit card. Accordingly i settled all the dues. To my surprise after a few days my wife recieved a new credit card ,and then came their bills .I had cleared the bills on 04-Sept-06 and again on -07-Sept-06,but still till today their bills keep coming,with all the late fees etc.On 28-Feb-07 had faxed a letter to Ms Bhavana,as was told by the customer care dept .of citibank,but till date have not recieved a reply .Also in between recieved a call from citibank which was very nasty this caller spoke to my mother and threatened about the credit card payment.Myself being out of country not able to follow it up regularly.
This whole episode is very very disturbing ,irritating,frustrating.I'm intrested in closing this long pending matter,as it is quite a headache.
Requesting you to look into the matter.
