May i know why my credit card application was rejected , please check once again with CIBIL ,because i dont have any loans in any bank till now and Credit cards dues also.

before this I have received mail from city bank after i applied for city bank credit card

Please verify your records once again and let me know if any lack of updations in your records

Below is the mail that i have received

We have reviewed your application. We regret to inform you that we are
currently unable to approve your application for a Citibank Card, as
feedback from Credit Bureau of India Ltd (CIBIL) does not meet our
minimum credit criteria. Please note this does not mean negative
credit feedback.
